this is a blog to help save common man of Bilaspur from avaoidable misery. The misery of running around the babus of different departments and waiting for their turn. While babus are irritable of not getting their hukrana, simple-not-so-used-to men waste their energy in trivial things like fulfilling the required clauses to get their work done.
This blog calls every knowledgable and informed person to share their knowledge about the charges and cost of different works in different departments. how much to pay, whom to pay etc. this information will save a lot of time of many people who don't have time to chase the file. This will also help neo-businessmen to not get robbed by the babus of the department. usually these new entrants pay more than required and thereby unknowingly set new and higher rate for old seasoned people in business. the market is down so we feel that this will help better manage the system and use our time in better things.

1. Revenue----
B1 & P2 of any agricultural land costs R.100/- at patwari level.
2. CSEB meter---
single phase meter Rs.250/-
Three phase meter Rs.1000/-
(when all the papers are ok.)
single phase Rs. 500/-
three phase Rs. 3000/-

Also some NGOs or civil society organizations or individuals may try to get the most corrupt clerks/officials trapped red handed and give wide publicity to that in newspapers and tv channels. Even creating sting TV channel operation might not be a bad idea.
Writing letters to the departmental heads like district level officials with an attachment of prevailing rates in their department may also be a good idea to improve things
Using right to information and PIL in highcourt are also possible at a later stage
